I remember growing up in rural Minnesota and playing pretend in the backyard with my siblings and neighborhood friends. I loved doing class plays and reading books in front of other people. My most memorable and one of my early plays was in 6th grade. I played Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol; I was eleven years old. I’ve been in the theater ever since.

A list of things I enjoy:
-Friendly conversations with strangers
-A warm mocha or miel latte
-Finding a lost sock, or some small treasure that only matters to you
-A full battery on my phone
-Learning something new for others
-Jon Batiste singing What a Wonderful World
-Also John Legend singing Bridge Over Troubled Water Live
-Cooking with a new recipe
-Writing and receiving cards, letters, or stationary
-Watching Oprah deliver a speech
-Sitting in the front row
-Spending time with my partner and our puppy
-Singing Karaoke with friends and strangers
-Trying the Moscow mule at various restaurants
-Harry Potter. The books. And also the 3rd film.
-Listening to white noise to meditate
-Discovering something new in your area; a restaurant, coffee shop, artwork, etc.
-Everything Everywhere All At Once (And Stephanie's Hsu's audition tape).
-Sharing a desert with a dear friend at the end of your dinner
-Dancing with a drink or two in me
-Witnessing humans be human
